Herbs are powerful allies, and this consultation is your gateway to working with them in a way that is tailored uniquely to you. In this 90-minute session, we’ll share a cup of tea as we dive deep into your health, lifestyle, and personal goals. This is a space where you are heard—where your needs, challenges, and desires guide us toward the right plants for you.

Before the session, you’ll complete an intake form and consent form which allows me to prepare for our time together. During our meeting, I’ll ask deeper questions and hold space for you to share what you’re experiencing. From there, I’ll create a customized herbal protocol designed specifically for you.

After two weeks, we’ll have a 60-minute follow-up where I’ll walk you through your protocol, answer any questions, gift you your custom formulations and ensure you feel fully supported on your journey.

Session Length: 120 minutes

Reiki sessions are here to meet the client at the level of healing they need and are open to. It can be powerful and life altering, or it can be a gentle healing nudge, that helps one to feel refreshed and able to show up to life again. I have personally experienced both. This 120 minutes offers time prior to the the physical session ( which can be hands on or hands off depending on the clients comfort level) to discuss what the client wants to focus on, and their goals. Reiki heals not only energetically but also physically. We finish this session with an herbal tea and an oracle card pull to allow the client to ground back into reality and offer some guidance between sessions.

Session Length: Up to Client/ Length of time needed

The first 6 minutes will be offered at no charge as this is usually a time for exchanging pleasantries. This service is for established herbal clients who have already had their initial intake and protocol follow up. This session provides clients a chance to ask questions, make adjustments to the protocol, to check-in, to see how the herbal remedies are working for them etc.
