Herbalist and founder of savage souls Botaniks Jenn Bell will be teaching how to make infused herbal oils specific to breast lymph health, you’ll learn why this is so important as holistic aesthetician skin & soul by nichoelle walks us through lymphatic facial massage, and we will round out the day with Emily Snyder, N.P. who will teach us about screening options and self exams, and Dr. Katie Schneller, N.D. who will talk preventative care and supplements! It’s the perfect class for anyone wanting to care for their breasts and spend more time connecting to their body’s. This isn’t just about exams and looking for lumps.  This about tending to the body, daily rather than searching for something once a year which can create fear and anxiety, instead we are approaching it as a chance to get to know ourselves. Self massage “is a powerful preventive health care tool that supports menstrual breast tenderness, relaxation, immunity and lymph health.” Our lymphatic system is how our bodies take out the trash so to speak, and sometimes they need a gentle helping hand. Our breasts are deeply connected to our heart, our center, love and nourishment. So spend a day learning to nourish yourself and connect with your heart.
