In this 90-minute session, we’ll share a cup of tea as we dive deep into your health, lifestyle, and personal goals. This is a space where you are heard—where your needs, challenges, and desires guide us toward the right plants for you.

Before the session, you’ll complete an intake form and consent form which allows me to prepare for our time together. During our meeting, I’ll ask deeper questions and hold space for you to share what you’re experiencing. From there, I’ll create a customized herbal protocol designed specifically for you.

After two weeks, we’ll have a 60-minute follow-up where I’ll walk you through your protocol, answer any questions, gift you your custom formulations and ensure you feel fully supported on your journey.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at booking, this is applied toward your full consultation.

You’ll be sent a link to schedule once your consent form has been completed. Your intake form needs to be completed at least 3 days before your first appointment.

You can pay in full or break it up into 3 payments, the deposit and two payments of $86 due at each session.

Life happens if you need to reschedule please give us 48-24 hours notice.
